Ive only lived here since Dec. My apartment faces Hwy 66 on the second floor. This is a nice area to live. Today they replaced my windows and they are perfect. No noise from 66 at all. 5 stars all the way.

Concerns were brought up multiple times to management while  living here. I went atleast a month with out proper A/C in the unit after notifying management multiple times. (Thank you to the maintenance crew) Transients will just pop up and sleep inside the laundry room (which works only half the time) . I was told by management that they would put a keypad lock on the laundry room (never happened). My doors and windows were left open/unlock on multiple occasions. When contacting management and letting them know i felt unsafe i was told "I've never had bad things happen here. People only die of old age here really". Never ever saw property management on the premises. Over priced. No gym. Very noisy. Neighbors were cool people though. Moved out the 1st of November, it is has been 14 days since I left. I had contacted management to ask what I owed if anything for cleaning or fixing of the apartment. No response until today by the collection agency they sent me to. I owe 250 and that's fine but honestly the 14 days? This has definitely been

Camry by far is the most sweetest, fast, and patient person I have worked with in any apartment! The move went so , I went in on a Friday and had my keys by Tuesday the next week, she even made it happen to moving me in before my move in date to help me out! The atmosphere is so calm and everything feels brand new, I really love how everything is renovated and in great conditions! I definitely recommend anyone to rent here, the rent price is very reasonable! Totally worth it ☺️
