Francisco and BJ showed up, did a walk of the job and prepared us for what was going to happen. They both were very professional and courteous throughout the job. Ricks custom fencing crew went above and beyond and we are very happy with the work they did for us we would definitely use them again for any projects we have come up. Brian was our project estimator/ manager and took the time to go over everything with us. At first it was going to be just a few gates that ended up being a bigger project, he was pretty straight forward when going over everything which is a huge plus for us.. they did great!!

Ricks custom fencing was amazing.we had a custom patio cover built to match our neighbors. This was import to us as we live in an HOA community. The finishing product was spot on. Nathan and Mike installed our deck framing, steps, and railing for two separate decks. They did an excellent job! They worked around our schedule to allow us to install the deck boards ourselves and save some money, then they did the rest. Nathan and Mike were professional, efficient, and did high-quality work. We were also very pleased with the customer service of the sales team, Brian and Ty! They were very responsive and answered all our questions or concerns quickly. We have an elevated older wooden deck attached to the back of our house approximately 500 s.f. in size. We had Rick's resurface the deck with Armadillo composite decking and with an all-aluminum railing system. In addition, they also replace the four 4"x6" wooden support posts. Nathan L. and Mike D. did the work. The entire project took one week. Nathan and Mike were professional and reliable. They speedily moved step by step through the project, answering my questions and finishing in a timely fashion. The resulting deck is lovely and what we wanted. There is one step remaining, installation of fascia around the edges which unfortunately could not be completed with the rest of the project due to a shipping delay from the manufacturer. We are pleased with the work thus far which carries a lifetime warranty covering the installation. We recommend the company to anyone looking for deck construction or repair. We also give kudos to Nathan and Mike.
