Nurse D Mack has a horrible attitude and does not want to do her job. Looking for excuses to sit and do nothing. Takes forever for care to be given while patients are in extreme pain. I work with people in this field and this is 100% unprofessional. Some employees in fact are very nice and accommodating but there are a few that are nasty. I would never send a love one that I care about to this establishment. I feel people should pick a different line of work if the one they picked is too much to handle. Looks like some people want to sit do nothing and collect a check.

The nursing home didn't like my previous assessment so they removed it. Fine. There are plenty of others w my complaints. Read them and you'll understand why I was censured. In addition, check out all of your options, including surgery, to avoid long term care in any nursing home.

If you have a loved one you care about don't place them here. My mom was there recently and they basically put her in a room and left her. She would go days without her clothes being changed. They would bring her food and put it on the tray but never moved it near her so she could eat.. We had to ask them to give her oxygen, we had to point out to them that one of her arms was turning black. Clearly if they don't have staff to care for the patients then don't take them. Extremely disappointed in this place.

Jim Follis is an asset to Lemont Rehab! He called me right away to introduce himself and to offer support as soon as my dad was admitted. Jim even helped arrange FaceTime calls! Jim went above and beyond to help my dad and our family. Lemont was one of two places that could accept dad after getting Covid and being released from the hospital. We appreciated the care they provided. Amanda, the receptionist, was always friendly. Nurse Jackie was great as were others. Thanks! PS my dad was very impressed by the PT area!
