A great Place to work. Open door policy to fix any problems. Parking lot is Gravel but they do provide power to each space.

I have worked here for 10 years and the staff is what makes MIT the best company to work for. We have Quarterly Safety meetings. Open door policy with the Owner. Rachel In safety is great, Dispatch is always there to help and Andrea and Tony are like family at this point.
