Stopped in last weekend, was looking for somewhere to go. Great beer and good food truck. Place was packed and service kept up pretty good! It’s a definite go to. Best brewery and beers in the area!

Had a very poor experience with a staff member named Matt. My friend and I were participating in a pub crawl and entered Pollyanna to hang out with friends and order some drinks. Before we got very far, this guy named Matt, who doesn't look old enough to even work there, started yelling at us to get out. We still had a little bit of beer in our cups from the previous location, but we were going to chug those really fast and then buy drinks from your establishment. I tried explaining that to Matt but he wasn't listening and started raising his voice and yelling, causing a scene. My friend and I had planned to stick around Pollyanna for the rest of the night and buy several drinks from you while we were there. But after the rude treatment by Matt, we decided not to. I told Matt that because he was so rude to us, he just lost our business. He said that he doesn't care. Apparently having a power trip is more important than gaining customers to him. Now I can fully understand if you have a policy about not allowing outside drinks. I get it. But that's not the problem. The problem is how Matt chose to handle the situation. He could have been professional and asked us politely to finish our drinks outside first. If he was nice about it, then we totally would have complied with no problem. But he didn't even try to be nice. He just came at us barking and yelling at us to get out, and yelling over me when I was trying to explain that I was going to finish my drink really fast and then buy drinks from you there. It is because of Matt's unnecessarily rude and aggressive attitude that my friend and I chose to spend our money at the location next door instead of at your establishment. My advice to you: lose the loser who is making you lose business.
