Great place, huge rooms. Everything was clean and nice. Great experience, highly recommended. I have to add in the emotional support animal treatment. All they require is addressing standard pet policy that ANY pet should follow. The lady was extremely nice about my wife's dog. Thanks

Went to make coffee in room & a left over coffee pod was left in there. Front desk clerk didn't really care. Breakfast is good & rooms are nice, bed to me was comfy, pillows however not so much. Over all I would stay in another one again

Chose this hotel for it's location. It's located ten minutes from Gothic Theater, ten minutes from Red Rocks. Check in was a bit unorganized; they were training a new from desk employee. Room was comfortable. Pool is heated, warm water. Would I stay there again, yes.

As a former Front Desk Receptionist in the hotel industry I was very disappointed in last night's encounter with the little girl working the front desk at this particular location. She was beyond rude, made more than 1 snobby comment towards my sister and I and with that being said unfortunately we refused to stay. Maybe the proper customer services skills should be taught. Treating your customers like your not happy to help them its very unacceptable. Maybe the hotel industry isn't the job for her.
