Nice hotel. Got skipped by housekeeping on the first day, not sure why. Ran out of conditioner and kleenex and coffee because of no service. Front desk was super nice and helpful except for the bigger girl on the PM shift.

Positive: It was nice to have the pool open and the breakfast was really good! Negative: We asked for a room with a tub and we were not assigned a room with tub. We went down to the front desk we were moved into a new room with a tub but unfortunately we found no coffee maker in our new room, the shower was dirty, and the toilet was clogged.

The staff is spectacular!! The pool was perfect for our two girls. The restaurant has delicious food and their bartenders make the perfect cocktails!! We had a beautiful view of downtown denver from our room. The room was clean, the beds are very comfy, and the fridge came in very handy! We will definitely stay here again on our next Denver trip!!

We stayed here when we were evacuated from our home due to the fires and we were welcomed with open arms. Everyone was very nice and polite. The rooms were nice, bed was comfortable & and added bonus, the water got nice and hot for a shower. The restaurant/bar downstairs has a limited food menu but we both enjoyed the food, as well as the drink options.
