Just ordered lunch from here. Website says it would take 14-24 minutes. It has been 30. I would understand it if they were busy, but they had only two orders on their screen, and just started making it when I walked in the door. There were no other pizzas in the oven and no orders on the warmer. They were just being lazy and didn't get the pizza made until past the last minute. So frustrating. Not coming back here.

This store is absolutely the worst! On most occassions when I order, when the pizza arrives it always looks like it has been dropped or the pizza is cold. You try to call in and no one seems to answer. If someone does answer, they always have the same excuse - "We just got hit with a rush". It's like they are reading from a script. Tonight for instance, the site indicates they pizza will be here in 37 minutes, yet after 30 minutes the site doesn't even show they've prepared the pizza so I call. Some guy gets on the phone and says the pizza is in the over and that it'll be here in 15-20 minutes. I check back 10 minutes later and the order was cancelled.

Jonathan took orders, cut orders then proceeded to pick his ear before making my order. No apron. Didn’t wash his hands once. Told me his franchise doesn’t have the same procedures as others lol Franchise “Team Say Yes” is quite disappointing

Never again. I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza and an order of buffalo wings, pretty simple. We opened the wings…not even a drop of buffalo sauce. Tried them thinking they still may be good. Omg, they were mushy. Mushy chicken, no no no. Went to grab a slice, cut lines in the pizza. But not cut through. We had to tear our first piece and only piece. I could count on one hand how many mushrooms were on the entire pizza. In my first bite, I felt a hair in my mouth. I have long hair and hoped that it was mine? But after all of these issues. We gave up and threw it away. I sent all dissatisfactions back to Domino’s via my email receipt. Just to get a coupon. No coupon needed as we will NEVER call on this store again. I did not call, assuming the quality of the food came from who is running this store and their “team” and might just frustrate me even further. An overpriced disgusting disappointment.
