Wow... this place gets worse and worse. Do NOT order "to go"... it will get screwed up every single time. I threw away my food after eating half of it and regret that I ate so much. The burger was a hockey puck (severally over cooked, even IF I ordered it well done, which i didn't). I've had 4 bad experiences in a row at this location and each time I go back, I kick myself for going. I'm done with this place and will drive further to go to another location when I want Red Robin in the future.

First the good: this place works very quick and our food was out within minutes of us even walking in the door. The manager- Angel, also made things right when we had an issue which I appreciate. He was very kind and got back to us immediately. Second the bad: Where to start? First I found a hair in my meal, which was a black and white short hair that looked almost like and animal hair. We don't own any animals and it certainly didn't come from me since I have longer brown hair. Next my burger was meh, mediocre at best. Bacon tasted microwaved and the patty was definitely not as good as it could have been. I got garlic fries with my sandwich only to have unmixed seasoning concentrated on one side of the batch. The atmosphere was mundane and lastly it was an extremely overpriced meal for the experience that we had. Will not be going again.

Fast service in a busy diner. We decided to get dinner after a trip to golden. Red Robin was ready for our group and quickly made us feel very welcome. The restaurant was clean and the food was hot. The fries and salads are all you can eat. We got the oatmeal shakes that I personally recommend.
