I was able to get my mom into Southpoint with the gracious help of care giver Yolanda whom was pleasant to work with and very helpful with the entry process for my mom and her care. I appreciate the guidance and help I received from Yolanda as I thank her completely.

My mother is stuck in this facility. They don't answer your calls, hang up, or put you on hold when you call. The workers all look like they use are addicted to the patient's medicine. This place is horrible!
