Worst drivers for ups in all of Colorado. Drives by house or delivers 1 of 2 packages then drives back to warehouse. They need to fire all those drivers. Laziest people and must have a low IQ to not deliver 2 big packages, and we all know it says how many packages an address has. How do you deliver one on time and miss twice a late package? This isn't the first or second time they drive by my house and/or don't deliver all the packages.

3 items mysteriously fell out of the box. Repackaged the other 2 items and was received broken. I had them bubble wapped. After my complaint I ne er heard from them.

I’ve had the same issue however I’ve never received my packages. 3 of my packages with a significant bake have gone missing once they arrive at this location. UPS might need to investigate their employees for theft. My opinion.
Ups drivers have a set route and your delivery happens whenever your stop is in that route with very little changes on said route
Yes. We shipped 4 big boxes. Billed the total to our UPS acct. And got tracking #s. Very friendly. Call them w/ any questions.
Yes, but only if you've already elected to pick it up there instead of having it delivered (you can do this online or from the app). I like this one because it's open later than the retail UPS stores.

I would venture to believe that IF it happened once but 3 packages at different times from the same vendor...Apple....I would say is probably NOT likely. Theft! These ppl get familiar with vendor names and so they know where the packages are from and what’s inside them. Sticky fingers.
I believe u can find the number for corporate HR on the website. However UPS is a Union job so u might want to find your local Teamsters Union affiliated with your job

If it has not checked in at the store or the Warehouse hub that means its still in a trailer on the way or is sitting in one waiting to be unloaded. If it is in a building they will have it in a certain area to keep it cool until they can get it to you.
It can be done, but be sure to Declare what they are and they'll send via "ground shipment only"

For one when I pay for delivery I expect it deliver not thrown out in the street and I am disabled that is why I have delivery sorry but wrong

You would need to call UPS customer service ASAP (this facility won't be able to handle that, as it's on your end once sent out). UPS offers a premium service (think: the "Amazon Prime" for UPS). With it, changing address en route, etc. are offered in some cases. I'd CALL the main 800-number. Or, on the UPS website, look into that service (can't miss it- it's the "subscription" promoted all over). If the price of the service is worth as much as receipt of that package, then it may be for you. Regardless- if you hope to receive the package, call them ASAP to see what your options are, as they're shrinking by the minute as it makes its way from Point A to Point B. Hope it all works out!

You can either call UPS with your tracking # & ask them to hold it for pickup or go online.
Call UPS customer service as they can track packages multiple ways.
