No security packages are stolen from your door steps even though so many cases no measures are taken by Kingscourt , old buildings lack of maintenance and yes they have a mold problem because of low standard windows

Do not rent here if you care about the hot tub. This place has two pools and two jacuzzis. One hot tub has been broken for quite some time and the staff forgets to unlock the other area more than half of the days every week. Other than this issue, I will say the maintenance and office staff have been nice and responsive to concerns, but this issue is no longer acceptable to me. Only rent here if you don't care about using the hottub.

Other than it’s location, there’s nothing great about this apartment! Staff is rude, Poor maintenance, lots of mold issues, and overpriced for the quality of service they provide! And recently it’s not even safe to live here. There are many cases of thefts, and mailbox being broken twice!! The management doesn’t seem to care or too slow to get things fixed and make it a safer place for its residents! You get much better apartments around this area, so choose somewhere else but not Kingscourt!

So far so good. Living here for the past year and moving out of a 2 bedroom into a 1 bedroom. Not sure of the move cost etc yet, but so far no huge complaints. Place is well maintained. Mantanice crew fixed couple issues in timely manner. Older building, so it'll have old building issues. Nothing too crazy. Last update ... 4/12/21 Still so far so good. Had a mantanice request and it was handled same day. Move out cost where justified. Nothing out of the ordinary. I guess then other reviews left their apt trashed. This is not a paid review. Nor was i asked to post a positive review for any perks. Update 8/31/21
