I loved my experience at Definition Dental. They’re located near my home, they’re easy to find and they have ample parking in the back of their building. Their office is very clean and professional looking and feels pleasant and welcoming, too. Everyone is so professional and they really make you feel welcomed and at home. Amanda the front office staff was so pleasant and patient, and, she was wonderful at explaining my dental benefits and even got me set up for future appointments to maximize my benefits. My dental hygienist, Kirsten made me feel at ease and made my cleaning a very positive experience, while answering all of my questions . Lastly, my experience with the doctor, was the icing on the cake. She was professional, pleasant and very thorough with my exam; and, she explained clearly to me the things I need to address with dental health.

They have the BEST hygienist at Definition Dental. She is gentle yet gets your teeth smooth and clean and never pokes your gums which I really appreciate. Everyone there is very professional, caring and friendly and they are very accommodating with your schedule and changes. They are also very good about having a timely schedule. I have been a patient there for over 20 years and my family members are patients as well. I also like that they push out calendar reminders for your appointments as well as text reminders, very helpful for our busy lives!!!

I just had my first ever appointment at definition dental and Overall this place is great. Everyone who worked there was very kind and personable. The receptionist actually shook my hand and offered me water, while the dental assistant was very gentle and friendly, which is great because I don't love getting my teeth picked at. At the end I had some questions about cosmetic dentistry and the dentist and her assistant were both very informative and honest. Definitely glad I switched dentists. I can't wait to see what we can do to my pearly whites =]

Your first visit is mostly about us getting to know each other. We spend the time learning how we can best serve you. You can download the new patient paperwork from our website or come in a few minutes early to fill it in the office. We ask that you bring any insurance information with you. The whole team works together with you: the hygienist will clean the teeth and do Xrays and the Dentist will do the exam and address any concerns you have and go over treatment options. Our office Manager will get you an exact breakdown of your financials. We are always here to answer any questions, go over your options and accommodate any dental emergencies etc

It usually takes 2 sessions for a deep cleaning. Each session is about 60 to 90 minutes depending on the individual needs. We take the time to make the patient comfortable and relax (you can watch netflix during the procedure) so that they dont feel anxious. Insurances usually cover about 80% of the cost and the out of pocket portion for patient comes in the ballpark of $200. We verify the insurance ahead of time so that there are no surprises later.
