I just moved to the area from Texas about two months ago. This was the first liquor store I've been to since arriving here. I see no reason to go anywhere else! I had in mind what I was looking for, but I didn't' know where to find it. Ben was very helpful in showing me where it was, but when I mentioned I was going to mix it with egg nog, he suggested something else that was designed to go better with egg nog. He took time to explain the brandy/rum combination, and I'm glad I went with his suggestion. More importantly, the simple act of good customer service, and genuine friendliness has turned me into a repeat customer. Additionally, the entire front staff running the registers were extremely friendly. This was an overall great experience, and my wife and me I really enjoyed our nog! Thank you Ben, and thank you Progress Liquor Store.

It's a nice place to buy booze. Don't go if your looking for advice on what to buy - one lady that works there is rude as hell about it, but otherwise everyone is friendly! Their mixers are overpriced but all liquor stores are in Oregon. This one is the most reasonable so I buy them there to support the local businesses.

Very helpful staff who may ask once if you need help, but doesn't constantly barrage you with people trying to help. Some people just need some extra time to look around and decide. Prices are fair and selection is great, especially since they carry local spirits.
