I can't stand this place. The Karen at the counter has a bad attitude and is very knuckleheaded. I wish she would just quit so they can hire someone with a memory.

I literally watched a driver drive past my home today…., they did not drop off my package, claimed I “wasn’t available” so they take it to a drop off point, THEN fake a signature that they dropped it off there. So i go to the drop off point, but the employees say they never signed for it, that no one from UPS was there that day….and there’s no local contact number- it just provides you the general customer service number. So expensive packages that go through this fulfillment center are getting “lost”. I’ll use fedex next time

The rep was very helpful getting my package sorted after I put the wrong address on and had to reroute it. The package pickup window is all the way to the right by the big security gate.
