As a devoted member of the City Lights Youth Group, I am pleased to say that this church has a warm and welcoming community. The youth pastor, Pastor David Chang, is amazing at leading the students towards Christ. David Change organizes his sermons with texts from the Bible and example from real life scenarios to help the students see the full perspective. Overall, the staff and students of the youth group are all very kind and engaging so I encourage anyone with any kind of background to come visit this church. It will definitely be worth your time.

This church has been an anchor and a blessing for me and my husband when we moved to Oregon last spring right before Covid hit. We knew no one, and the church also shut down after attending it twice due to the pandemic but we were able to stay connected with online Bible studies with the folks from the welcome team checking on us occassionally. The teaching is solid - gentle yet does not veer away from essential hard truths. It will help you keep your eyes on eternity while navigating your daily walk on this side of heaven :) At the newly finished building, right now the 1st (8:15am) and 3rd sevice (11:45am) is in Korean language, 2nd service @ 10am is in English. My family recently moved away from the area due to a job situation, but until the last minute we were loved and sent away with a blessing. Granted, we do our Christian walk fixing our eyes on Christ and not on people - because even the most mature people will fall and can let you down from time to time. However it's a great benefit and a gift to find a healthy church with devoted people and leadership. Highly recommend not only to be blessed but also to get involved and serve and make it your home - though I did not get to serve a whole lot.. but you can worship God in whatever circumstance you are in and you'll be blessed because you came :)

Very warm and bible believing Christians. I love to go there. It completes my life. Pastors are great communicators with great teachings. The sermons are always insightful. Both Korean and English ministries are graceful.

I was a youth leader at the church for the past 5 years. Reflecting back, the church has grown in so many ways due to the leadership of the senior pastor, the associate pastors and other leadership members. The church has various ministries for both the Korean and English ministries which include the youth, young adult and adult congregation. There is also a ministry for special needs children and knowing the leadership in that ministry, they truly have a heart to serve. The youth group is large, averaging over a 100 students a week from 6th-12th grade. The youth group pastor is a long-time member of the church whose passion to serve the youth is evident week in and week out. The youth group is growing not only in numbers but also in their walks with God. There is also Friday night bible studies at the church which is a great way for new students to get plugged in better with the youth! If you have children and are looking for a new church, I would recommend visiting the youth service as well as the Friday night bible study. The church hosts various praise nights and special speakers throughout the year. There are various service opportunities such as mission trips and homeless ministries to name a few. The large size of the church allows for anyone to find something and to be able to serve!
