When a package gets held up here for a day or more, where is it stored? Inside of a building, heated? Or in a truck outside and cold, unheated? I shipped frozen food that got held up by weather and now it cannot be delivered for 2 more days.

If it has not checked in at the store or the Warehouse hub that means its still in a trailer on the way or is sitting in one waiting to be unloaded. If it is in a building they will have it in a certain area to keep it cool until they can get it to you.
