The park just reopened after being re-sodded and it is wonderful. The only thing I don't like, they removed the water hose and took the handle from the water outlet. Now to fill up a water bowl there is only a sprayer on the water fountain. It uses a high pressure nozzle that reduces water usage. It takes forever to fill a water bucket and ends up spraying everywhere.

No there is no water for dogs to swim
There are two fenced in areas and one is smaller yes. But they don't specifically delineate for big or small dogs. The smaller fenced in area has agility course for dogs and I have seen people bring both big and small dogs into that area to use it.
