The ER is busy and they have a pretty good system rotating the patients through all phases from 1st come 1st serve and severity of systems. Waiting area has comfortable recliners and chairs. Very clean and organized considering the amount of people coming and going.

Yes
If you need to see someone for an emergency, you can walk in. If you want to have routine tests or physicals, you would need to go to a doctor close by the hospital
Chandler Regional is a 338-bed, non-profit facility with more than 2,500 employees, and almost 1,000 doctors on staff representing all major specialties.
Well I suppose each interaction is different. I had a pleasant experience, but as you can see others have not. Sorry they are not clear on the procedure you are having done. I am they type of person that's like" look I'm not clear on this and I need answers, so find me someone who can help me" and don't back down till someone speaks with you.
I would never go there for cancer. I was diagnosed last year with breast cancer and I went to MD Anderson. Best choice I ever made.
Yes
I'm not involved with Mercy Gilbert recently.
I don't really know I went there by ambulance sorry I couldn't answer that question
Unknown. Didn't go by Ambulance. But they definitely have Medivac Capability as well.
I guess go to gift shop.
Hi Bianca. We appreciate your feedback. On the right side of the Google page where our organization's information is displayed, about half way down is a button to write a review.
Hi Adriene, thank you for sharing feedback. 😊 We will be happy to share this note with our team! 💕
Hello and sorry of our belated reply. We are allowing some visitors at this time, but for the most up-to-date information based on your scheduled appointment, please call the hospital directly at 480-728-3000. Thank you and best wishes to you.
Hi Patricia, Thank you for your message. Please call Chandler Regional's main number at 480-728-3000 for directions.
Follow the signs in the parking lot. You have to enter by emergency during construction. *No it's not hard to find. Parking is atrocious though and you'll probably have to use the parking garage unless you have a handicapped tag or use a ride share service.
Hi, Patricia. At Chandler Regional, patients typically go to the second floor in Tower C to register when scheduled for surgery. The elevators for Tower C are located just to your right once inside our main entrance. Sorry for any previous confusion. Any other questions you may have about locations within the hospital can quickly be answered by calling our operators at 480-728-3000. Thank you.
Hi, Patricia. You will want to go to the desk inside the "Ambulatory Entrance" located just left of the hospital's Main Entrance. You can view this map for more information https://www.dignityhealth.org/arizona/-/media/Service%20Areas/arizona/PDFs/Campus-Map-Chandler-Regional-Medical-Center.ashx?la=en&hash=4062C6F269D855F1B72F16E076BFA7ED4AD79DC9 or call 480-728-3000.
Yes they have plenty
If she is over 18 and make her own decisions
I hope the baby is ok! No excuse for that. AZ board of nursing can relieve them of their nursing career.
They have social workers 24/7 that you can speak with that could provide information that might be available to you. Whether or not an ED physician would give a prescription is hit or miss.. just like anywhere. It is, a very busy ED, just FYI..
Yes
My brother was treated here for hemorrhage stroke! He has no long term memory and now suffer with little dementia, on October 25 or 26 of 2019. He had a double bleed on both side of his brain! He got no rehab no nothin after ward bet bill for thousands of dollars! No one help him get any aftercare. And medical bills in the thousands. How can a man with no money right now afford this?
