The massage was good but they don’t have a place for customer to hang our clothes up. My clothes got wrinkled after the massage. I gave a nicely suggestion to the receptionist that they should have a place for us to hang our clothes up. Instead of appreciated my friendly suggestion she have a bad attitude with me. She told me that I HAVE TO FOLD my clothes NICELY and put them in a basket that they provide. Thanks for your attitude and suggestion Thai Royal Massage! Bad customer service!!!

You can walk in and receive a massage same day. If you're a first time you will be asked to fill out a liability form, which can take some time. 1st time customers also get a discounted rate on their first massage. Booking ahead of time can give you more selection in the person massaging you and preferred time and length of massage. I have done both myself, but mostly call in advance now a days.
