Kinecto is the best! Do you research as my husband did with this self efficient sys, as I know we are in good hands and made great choice! We had started our process a while back and talked to Dave over the phone about RO system. We held off as we were not ready but then started renovations in house few months after. Having hard water and new hardware I know we needed to do this. We met Dave at the Home Expo and Scottsdale and he had remembered us which made our process so much easier. We had wanted the whole sys in our house. So Dave came out explained the next steps there as this was our first time ever installing water softener in our house along with an RO system. Within the week or so we had a technician scheduled and we had it done! He was professional and thorough. Answering all our questions as newbies. Happy with all of it my hair feels softer and skin is never dry! The whole family loves it, the drinking water is so good! Thank you Kinectico! Recommending you all to family and friends.

Lemons was our drinking water system installer and did a great job. We noticed the difference right away.

Thanks Frank - we appreciate your positive feedback!

My basic concern would be the longevity of potable water. we live in an area in higher elevations which are predominated by well water that is basically sourced from ancient deposits that are tapped from ancient sites. What next?

Yup. If you're interested in buying, the sales and marketing folks are right there. After that, good luck with that. If you still have your installation technician's number, I would call them. That's what we do.

Do these systems use salt?

Jeff Towner | Oct 19, 2018
Aaron Riley | Oct 19, 2018

Yes still use salt. Any softening system needs it with the hardness of the water. Lasts a long time since it is efficient.

There is supposed to be a valve on bottom of tank for air to be injected but I can't see one is it under the plastic cap?

Lloyd Dixon | Oct 19, 2018
Matt Hornstein | Oct 19, 2018

That sounds right. On my tank there is a cap over the air stem valve. The valve is the same as on a bike tire.
