I like the Chandler location but feel that the Tempe location is a meat market. 5 stars for Chandler 2 stars for Tempe.

I canceled my membership four months ago via phone. After getting billed several times, I finally called and was told the membership was not canceled. I explained that I have not used their services in over 4 months and so I requested a refund. Not for all 4 months, just this month. The assistant manager was incredibly rude and annoyed by my questions. She said “well you should have noticed that you were getting charged sooner.” When I asked to speak to her manager, she told me it was “a waste of time.” I was crying by the end of the phone call. I am appalled at the heartlessness of that assistant manager and feel sorry for anyone who has to experience her.

8-23-22 Lauren helped us. She had a very likeable personality. Main reason for the 2 star. No handicapped button for either door to get in. I'm a disabled veteran. Updated planet fitness should have a disabled button. As to ADA FEDERAL RULES N REG

Not at all....Was pretty skeptical though after reading reviews, but I was charged an early cancelation fee of $50. an all was well. I cancelled at the Mesa loctician on University Dr. There AWESOME OVER THERE!!!! Had to cancel, my job has a gym on the property, but I really was only there for the Hydro lounge and massage chairs, would've kept it had they had hot tubs. Not sure why more gyms don't invest into hot tubs as a form physical therapy and or relaxation, if your job is super labor intensive, then it's more likely those facilities will be utilized to decompress and or relaxation. No worries on the cancellation, but If I were you...I'd make sure to get all the particulars SPELLED OUT, WITH A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING.... DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!!!
They have the Total Body Enhancement which is red light therapy.

They told me the end of July. Weekdays they would be opening at 4am. They also said they would send out emails too..hope this helps!!
