There appear to be a lot of glowing reviews of this company. I don't have a single good thing to say. Upon move in our rental home was utterly filthy, my move in inspection report was beyond extensive due to all of the existing damage. They took 4 months to fix a stuck sliding door that represented a safety hazard. We went without a microwave for 3 months during the holidays after ours broke. The wood work in the house was falling apart - trim falling off, shoe mold seperating - I was told this was part of "wear and tear" and not to worry about it - I was charged to fix things we didn't do. Upon move out I throughly cleaned and had a professional cleaner, repainted, patched, fixed a ceiling fan that was broken upon our move in, repainted the deck, had the lawn professionally done, replaced all of the bulbs and had the carpets cleaned. Almost a thousand dollars was removed from our security deposit for some of the most asinine items one could imagine - as example 130$ to trim a bush that I personally trimmed, 200$ for painting supplies - I could go on. I know this review can't dissuade anyone - if you have to rent, you have to rent. But I have one piece of advice. They will talk to you during their little walk throughs, don't trust them - get EVERYTHING in writing and save it. Never call if you can text or email and refuse to speak to them during walk throughs. CYA like your life depends on it. These people will steal you blind if you give them half a chance. They are in the business of taking advantage of good paying tenants. Don't let them.
