I happened to encounter Realtor Mercedes Johnson when searching for my new home. She is very honest I'm her opinion, professional and knows her job well. I'm happy i ended up with her as a realtor. She was so patient with me during my indecisive moments. A realtor anyone would want to have.

Mercedes’ was so dependable, flexible and truly cared about what we were looking for in a home. She spent long days helping us find our perfect home and gave great genuine advice. We loved working with her and would highly recommend.

Mercedes is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with! She is so personable, knowledgeable, and expeditious with all matters. I highly recommend her!

We can have your home listed within a few days, but to fully execute our loaded listing launch plan, we prefer about 7-10 days in order to get all of the print and mail materials done.
We have different service options available, but our most popular listing package is our Loaded Listing Launch Plan. This package has a cost of 6% of the list price plus $750 implementation fee. It includes a high end photography, videography, drone, 360 tour as well as a free pre-listing home inspection. These two things combined typically cost over $1,000, but they are free with this package.
One of the best things about having a buyer's agent is although they typically make between 2-3% of the transaction price, it is the seller of the home that typically pays this commission. Most of the time, you get a buyers agent to represent you without any cost to you!
