ZERO STARS: Trying to get a emergency appointment was unreal. Pediatrician called to get my child in and tell them it's emergent my child is in sever pain. The girl on the phone basically told her it's not there problem and the attending doctor REFUSED to speak to the Pediatrician! How this place treats patients is disturbing. DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE! YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE!

Dr Finkelstein is a great caring knowledgeable doctor! He takes time to listen to his patients and offers his best to help. His staff is very helpful and professional! I’ve been seeing him for nearly a year, but I feel that the two types of Acne treatment prescribed to me did not help. It cost way too much money and made acne worse! I don’t blame the Dr, but the pharmacy this practice uses as I also had issues with them too. He altered the treatment, but didn’t help either. This is the reason why I left and started seeing a new dermatologist. I also wanted to ask (but forgot) if he prescribes Accutane? I’ve explained the whole history with the new Dr about the previous treatments and was offered this instantly. Besides this, I do recommend Dr Finkelstein to anyone. PS: Ive been reading his “responses” to other reviews and it really cracks me up! 🤣 Dr F is also funny and full of humor! Let’s see how he responds to this review! Lol.

Would not recommend. Took my son to see the doctor for skin condition previously diagnosed as eczema by dermatologist and pediatrician. This doctor brushed it off and said it was dry skin. Terrible service/ evaluation of patients would not recommend.

Dr. Finkelstein is not only an excellent doc, but an intelligent, friendly, fun and caring person. The practice is busy so you might wait a bit, but it’s worth it for the excellent care.
