I just came home from this outstanding dental office.everyone is just wonderful, patient, caring,not rushed.From the people at the front desk to, the x-ray tech,to the dentist,Dr.Sheik,who has patience of a saint,to the girl who explained all the options I had to get me to a wonderful smile and any cost savings that could be done,my hats off to this entire office!!I know iam in the very best hands!!!thank you!!

Spent about 30 min on the phone making appts for my husband and I as new patients. The lady i spoke to gave me an email address to send our records to. The lady ensured me that even if they didnt receive the records in time we would still be able to be seen by the dentist and they would do new x rays. Confirmed appt days and times and right before i hung up with her I heard her telling her coworker that when she walked past “she smelled so good” (I guess i was holding her up) Fast forward to the next week I have my dentist send the records to the email that she provided. I call the day before my appt to see if they got the records. There is no appt in the system for me not even anyone with my last name in system. My husband had an appt for three weeks after mine, he was not in system either. I thought that was weird maybe I was calling the wrong place, i confirmed the email address with the lady she said thats us. A little annoyed I told her just forget it. Two days later I get an email from the email address that was given to me to send records to saying your email came to scheduling which is wrong department. I guess the lady who scheduled my appt never hit save she was too busy chatting up with her co worker. Easily wasted 1 hour of my time. That was enough for me to steer clear from this place. Seems like a disorganized cluster. Im glad I called to check on the records because if I would of just showed up to my appt that didnt exist, I would of been really mad.

Very nice office I have to say I was brought back fairly quick. Friendly staff, Dr. Sheikh was amazing as well as her assistant Taylor.
