Outrageous first visit for my daughter. If I could give 0 stars I would. Your mission statement says :"compassionate, personalized care...we're here to listen and understand your needs". This couldn't be further from the truth. We are a family of physicians and my daughter made an appointment after experiencing acute reproductive issues requiring attention (a "pop" in her lower abdomen followed by 2 weeks of chronic bleeding and discomfort/pain). We felt possibly endometriosis or an IUD dislodgment/tear. She was worried, anxious and exhausted as the bleeding is literally running down her leg daily. Her first 5 mins in the office was handled by a nurse that was so miserable and dismissive that it stuns me she even has a job. If I had her name I'd blast it on every media platform I could. She was rude, condescending and incompetent. She literally challenged every statement out of my daughter's mouth with statements like "why are you even here?" REALLY!?! My daughter wanted an educated assessment not a combative fool. But, she waited patiently for the doc and simply hoped this woman was having a bad day. No doc came..just a midwife. If my daughter wanted another nurse's opinion as opposed to an OB, she could've just googled all this. At the end of 90 mins, all they did was feel for the IUD string and dismiss the symptoms, push her out the door with ZERO diagnoses while trying to utilize the system to bill insurance for redundant testing that was done 3 days prior in ER (bloodwork and ultrasound). Mind you, the ER made it very clear that an OB needed to do a detailed physical exam regarding IUD because the ultrasound wasn't a practical approach. How is this place still in business? Zero regard for "compassionate care" or any care for that matter..just a cookie cutter office looking to maximize billing. Now my daughter was sent home with no idea what is wrong, bleeding and in pain. But, these guys certainly got to bill the insurance for doing nothing except waste my daughter's time and stress her out more. You guys are the worst practice I've come across in 50yrs. Disgraceful application of medical ethics..you should be embarrassed.

Wait time to see the doctor was a little too long but doctor and staff were great.

My first visit I was completely satisfied. My doctor heard my concern and instead of making me feel crazy, she went the extra mile to make sure we covered all outlets !
