Wife drove two hours to appointment to find out she can’t use our joint HSA card because my name is on it and not hers…had to come up with the money on the spot….I know it’s policy but it’s stupid…she is a dependent on my insurance and uses everywhere else… EDIT: I was not intending to file to insurance, just use an HSA card which functions as a debit card

This place is awful & I don't recommend it at all. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30am & it was hours before I got called back! Once called back, it took another few hours to have the procedure done! I wanted to cry and leave so bad, but I didn't want to waste the 5hr drive coming to this place! And the women at the front desk, super rude & talking and laughing at different patients. I hate I came to this place & I'll never set foot back into this place!

Love how there were no protestors harassing the customers . Here’s my experience: I arrived 30 mins before my appointment showed my ID and made my payment. The front desk women ask if you’re driving yourself or someone else, if someone else then you’ll need them present. Your vitals are taken and your finger is pricked to determine your blood type. Next you go to the changing room then the waiting room for surgery. The doctor was late the day of my appointment(life happens). I arrived before 9am and left by 2:30pm. In the waiting room it is a seated area where you and other patients sit. A nurse brings you medication for anxiety, pain and nausea. Then you wait for your doctor to call you back. Since i was my driver i got minimal sedation. I chose not to get the shots in my cervix cause i heard it’s painful. The procedure itself wasn’t bad. My doctor was friendly and gentle he asked if i was ok and talked me through the procedure i felt safe with my nurses there by my side. They gave me the laughing gas which helps calm you if you breathe in and out properly. The dilation wasn’t too bad being that my pain tolerance is high it was slight cramping. The vacuum part feels a little uncomfortable and cramping but not unbearable. Getting the no sedation was a plus for me cause i was able to drive back with no issues. I didn’t bleed much after my procedure so i was cleared to leave within 30 mins. Snacks are given and water or ginger ale was offered. I recommend this facility. The staff are caring and understanding.
