Dr. Sanghvi is the best ENT!!! I really appreciate his bedside manner, genuine care, and how gentle he is. Perfect provider for my needs going forward! Dr. Sanghvi performed sinus surgery on me today, and my family and I can't thank him enough. He was really supportive, positive, and encouraging. Everyone I spoke with at Advanced ENT was also very nice. The only constructive feedback is for initial scheduling. I think the person I spoke to a while back misunderstood my insurance and was not willing to set up initial consultation even if I pay out of pocket. I spoke with a different representative and she had no problem with it. Anyways, things happen, I am glad I finally became your patient. Thanks so much! I would highly recommend to my family/friends.

Once you get in the office they are efficient and friendly, however do NOT expect to contact by phone. One number for all offices and the waits are at least 30 minutes. I really like my hearing specialist but I think if I were to buy another hearing aid I would go elsewhere. There is no excuse for the wait times to be so excessive.. Patient Portal is not reliable. Sometimes you can log in and sometimes not. Of course if you have a problem with the portal you must call that very same long wait customer support line

I came all the way to my appointment, after taking off work, and spending a week without allergy meds (not an easy thing to do), just to get to my appointment ON TIME and the office tell me that my appointment was cancelled in some mysterious way. They didn’t care at all! They claimed to be full and unable to squeeze me in, wanting me to wait another week and a half. This office is the worst and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS.

I went in because I couldn’t hear out of my left ear for days. The receptionists were very pleasant. I was told when I called to make my appt that I could fill out my insurance forms online before my appt to expedite my visit. All doctors should give that option so you’re not there any longer than you need to be. I was in the exam room one minute before my appt time and the doctor was there one minute after. That’s never happened to me! The doctor cleaned my ear of an infection in 5 minutes. I can hear again! Awesome staff! Would definitely recommend them!
