Gave our package to someone that was not on the P.O. Box. Now my packages are being threatened to be thrown away. Called to be treated as it was my fault. I guess being with the company for over 4 years means nothing when I comes to loyalty. Awful hours. Use another PO Box that actually use normal working hours and decent customer service.
