I've been a metro PCS customer for quite a long time they got all these free phones can I go in and get a new free phone and get an upgrade or how does that work can somebody help me out here please thank you

Hello David, Free phone promotion is for customers who is porting/bringing their numbers from another carrier. Also if an existing customer adds a line there's certain phones you can pick for free or for a big discount. If you are an existing customer and want to do an upgrade you can get a good discount too but it all depends on what you qualify for.. best thing will be going to the store and let them look up your account to give you the correct discount.
