Absolutely terrible . If I could give no stars I would . Went on 5/13 to pick up my rental since caliber was fixing my car . Rental they gave me had low tire pressure . I asked the rep “ cris “ if still it would be fine & he said yes . So of course me making a judgment I should have known wouldn’t be true I took the rental . Ended up having to go back TWICE the same 2 days . Went there for them to “ fix “ the tire pressure and waited over 10 min to be seen . Was told that I had to drive the rental THEY LOANED ME to mr tire almost 5 miles for them to look at and enterprise would cover it ... well Come to find out the rental they gave me had nails in 2 tires . Next day needed to run some errands , as soon as I got on the highway I couldn’t accelerate the rental worth anything . Went back to them and demanded to be placed in another rental . They did place me in a rental . Wont ever go to this location again or maybe never for the company in general . The rental should of been taken care of prior to me picking it up . Not to mention had to call back today just to Confirm my $50 refund that they won’t tell you about upfront . Pathetic excuse for workers .
