This office used to be really helpful and concerned with the patient’s. Now you can’t get anyone to answer the phone if it’s for an appointment or to even pay your bill I have called and been sent back to the menu over and over for the last two months just trying to get ahold of the billing department. Very disappointed

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the shadiest medical center in terms of billing and payment. There is no way to see how much you owe on your account. When doing payments you have to blindly put in how much they tell you and can’t see your account. They have also repeated not billed insurance before charging me.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. This place was such a great experience. It was easy to find a time for my appointment. The front office staff is super friendly and helpful. The nurse who brought me back was easy to talk with and efficient. Very well organized operation. But most importantly…. I dropped my keys down a storm drain in their parking lot when I was walking in 🤦🏼‍♂️ They were so helpful! Dr Probst and his son helped retrieve them for me. I have no idea how they did it. I highly recommend this clinic for great, over the top service and super friendly people.

I absolutely love Dr. Watson. I have been seeing her for a few months now and I feel like she listens to all my rambling about the research I've done on my medications, etc., and she validates my concerns when it comes to adjusting my meds. She's a great doc. The only reason I gave 5 stars instead of 4 is because I think that $160 for a telemed visit is very steep (most places charge around $50). I will continue to see Dr. Watson, though, because I think she is great. The office staff at the clinic is also fantastic, and Brenda is always super helpful and friendly. I'm confused about the reviews I see that say how terrible the reception desk/office staff is -- that has never been my experience.
