I am so happy that I found and selected UNB Customs for my Trike build. Actually during my first call with Diane I knew I was going to give them my business. I was not disappointed with my selection or the final product. Diane and Uwe kept in constant contact with me all during the process. No question went unanswered and their knowledge and caring attitudes is seldom found in today's market place. Diane provided me with updates, suggestions, and often called me or answered my emails long after their closing time or on weekends. Double 5 stars to the UNB Customs team. Uwe's installation, painting and helpful knowledge is outstanding. Uwe and Diane are a super team and when your time comes to customize your bike with a trike kit I strongly encourage you to select them as your vendor. You will not be sorry and you will leave with an outstanding product and service. They even called me the day after I picked up my trike and trailer to make sure I arrived back in Pennsylvania safe and sound. Kudos to the UNB Customs team of EXPERTS !!! My wife and I recently had our Harley Davidson converted to a Roadsmith HDTR. After a lot of research and speaking with Uwe and Diane we felt we met the right team. Throughout picking options and a new color scheme, we felt that we were in good hands with honest people. Our biggest challenge was not the options for the trIke kit, it was the primary color and design with different colors. When we dropped off our Harley we had one more conversation with Uwe and he discussed a couple more options. At that time we put the final design in his hands and the final result was everything we wanted. I asked him how he figured this out and he said that he could visualize it. Uwe is exceptionally talented. While our bike was being converted, I received several phone calls with a status of the progression that was made. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our experience and will use them again when we decide to trike out another motorcycle.
