The word Imagination is prominently displayed on their model home sign. In that spirit, Imagine listening to the lullaby of hammering metal concrete forms, circular saws, and skid steers being reversed over and over again until after 11pm on a Wednesday night. Then Imagine if you would, the enchanted melody of it all beginning again at 6 am the next morning. Put on top of that crew members having conversations at the volume of let’s say, Michael Buffer bellowing “Let’s get ready to rumble”. This is my experience of David Weekley homes. Look, construction is noisy, they can’t help that. But they are in complete control of how late they work and how early they start. You have to Imagine, if a builder cares that little about their existing neighbors, how much do they care about the quality of home they are building? If in the name of keeping a schedule, they are willing to go to those extremes, I can only Imagine the other short cuts they are willing to take.

Yes, we do. These virtual tours offer a 360-degree view of rooms or exterior surroundings of our homes and communities. Links can be found throughout the site for the floor plans and communities that have virtual tours.
Our floor plans are not for sale. We thoughtfully select the right floor plan for each homesite as every homesite has particular characteristics and soil conditions that require engineering and attention to detail, affecting the suitability of a floor plan to the site itself.
You may make minor changes to floor plans. No foundation, exterior (front facade of home) or plumbing changes are available due to engineering, inspectors, etc. We do offer several exterior options for each of our floor plans. Some of our floor plans also include a variety of Flex Options, which allows you to choose how you want the space to be used based on your lifestyle and needs.
The construction of our homes is measured in 10 stages. Timeframes for each home can vary, depending on many factors, including material availability, weather, inspections and permitting.
