Had shower replaced last year, They did excellent work. However one of the bolts broke. Called Bathfitters & talked to Miss Morean , She set up an appointment after I sent pictures [ per her request ] she sent a service tech. He did a great job with the broken bolt. However he forgot to adjust the doors correctly, Called Moraen again & she sent another tech.; Luis Martinez. This guy was fantastic, He knew right away what was wrong & had it repaired with in 15 Min. I am well please to see you have such excellent tech's . And the service was excellent also. Thank You. I had our old tub/shower replaced with a "low entry" walk-in shower. The installer, Pedro, and his helper, (Habier ?) did a wonderful job. The complete job was done in just under 7 hours. No damage was done to the bathroom, and all debris and the old enclosure was removed and the bathroom was left in perfect condition. Pedro is clearly a professional. He answered my questions as the work progressed and before leaving, he explained and demonstrated how each feature worked. I would not hesitate referring him to others. * Update...it's been about a month and a half since the installation. I'm still very pleased with the shower, however, I'm rather disappointed with the service after the sale. I have a problem with the shower mixing valve. From what I've seen on line, it's a very common problem, the solution mentioned is an easy fix, certainly something I could do myself, but, because it is brand new, I'd rather have it done by Bathfitter. So, after 3 "on line" chats, each promising I'd recieve a call within 72 hours, and a call to the office (leaving a voicemail message with a service representative) I still haven't gotten a response. Not at all what I expected.

Pedro did an excellent job replacing our bath tub with a shower. He worked efficiently and was done very close to 5 as promised. It looks wonderful and we're very happy with the results!

Shower installation service completed in one-day, as advertised. Quality workmanship. Cleaned up when completed. Courteous team from sales with David to installation led by Pedro. Would recommend for future projects.
