I'm sorry to say but this place just flat out took my money and did absolutely nothing for me,turns out I have diverticulitis, the medical person who saw me really didn't examine me she only said nope no UTI,charged me $159 and said go to the hospital, what a waste of time and money, Iwent to a real doctor and turns out I have diverticulitis, I suffered for a week waiting for a appointment that could have been taken care of at mt Laurel,they responded to my review and gave me a number to speak to someone but it was just a run around,left my number but I doubt anyone will get back to me, I decided to get my attorney involved

My kid was sick and went to this place. They asked me to wait in the car and it might be a hour wait. I asked them that can I go home and before 5 mins they can call me and I would come. The front desk lady was rude and lied me saying that they can’t give a call if I go back home and it is their policy. They can only call me if I am waiting in the car. I did not understand the logic and asked her the reason for the same. She was again rude to me. I think the front desk people are horrible and they lied me when asked their policies. I would request the management to take some strict action on these 2 ladies sitting in the front desk. I would suggest people to go to other urgent cares nearby and avoid this place completely until and unless management replaces these ladies sitting in the front desk.

Went after a fall, building was hot inside and took 3 hours for a sprained ankle!!!!!!!!
