No shuttles. They do have car services for an extra fee. Their location is easy walking distance up and down the strip. Rideshare services are easy to get to from inside the building to valet.

The pool is reserved for guests and you have to show your room key to get in, however there are other ways in such as renting a cabana, or if you play a fair amount at the casino you can talk to a casino host about getting access to the pool. Otherwise the only way is to "sneak in".

Depending on what level of Gambler you are you could get limousine service from the airport but that would depend on how your gambling is rated but yes taxi or Rideshare will get you there just fine I recommend Rideshare because it's half the price from the airport to the hotel that way which is a Uber or Lyft

Actually, no. They are not all open year round. Last pool day is by end of October, beginning November. Some hotels open a small pool during the winter time but it gets cold in Dec to Feb, so pools do not make sense at that time.
