I booked a job through Cloud of Goods and LVMS picked up the job. I had one email from Nick who asked about where I was staying etc which I provided a response. I had no further contact with him. On the day of arrival I had no idea when the power chair was being delivered. I rang the company and the number provided was permanently engaged. I rang the shop number to get a recorded message saying they’d closed until Monday, this was 4pm on the Saturday. It was only by chance I asked at the bell desk and found the chair there. I may have been staying at the hotel known for its crystal but sadly I don’t have a crystal ball! I’ve never used a power chair, had absolutely no idea how to charge it or how to take it apart for transportation. Consequently it was only used for on the strip and not elsewhere. The charge in the battery did not hold. Despite the advert for the chair saying it was good for 19 miles it struggled to do a 2 mile round trip on a full charge. Due to the lack of contact with the provider we missed the first hour of our booked show. I was only in vegas, from the UK, for 4 nights, one of which was ruined. The inefficiencies of this company and its product was significantly lacking on this occasion.

Fist off, I had this place install new batteries on the wife's E-wheels scooter that took well over a week excuse after excuse.. Then on 4/9/22 brought tire in, tubeless that just needed new valvestem and the nut sells me a tube at about 30 bucks, had another professional install it and guess what, valvestem leaks...you would have to be a fool to go to this ripoff con artist... My next step is the better buisness bureau...

We accept Medicare , Medicaid and are out of network with everyone else at this time. Your Medicare should cover 100% of mobility items.

At this time I have the 3 wheel 1 seater E-Wheel available to show, witch is the Ew-66 but only one seat. Unfortunatly we don’t have it in our show room just yet , but we can have it delivered to our store within 2-4 days. The price to public at this time is listed for $2,799.00

I called a couple months ago and the woman said they sold both the portable cleaner and the regular one. $399 and $499 if I remember right. They have moved to another store in the same strip mall.
