I have been trying to schedule my mri for two days. I am on hold for over one hour everything I call. Somebody answers, then I am put on hold again. The website is horrible too. I can't log in to my account.

Horrible. You can't even schedule an appointment to begin with. The online portal doesn't work, so you have to call. Then the game begins; they put you on hold for hours and nobody answers the phone.
