Got an email saying it was time for my routine yearly mammogram and that no Dr referral was needed to get it done. When i called to make the appointment, the man on the phone sounded uncertain of this and ultimately wouldn't let me make an appointment without a Dr referral 🙄. This wouldn't have even been my first time there for a mammogram. False advertising. Edit: Rose just reached out to me and let me know that I had been misinformed. She was able to quickly make an appointment for me without a referral and she was very kind. Thank you :)

I had to do pre-op over there. They did my EKG, bloodwork, scans in a short time and with very friendly staff and also experienced staff!! Definitely not going anywhere else.

Very poor customer service. Have been calling and leaving voicemail messages for several days to make an appointment for my ultrasound and not even one returned my call. I called today and spoke to Maria and told her about several voicemails I’ve been leaving for making an appointment. She did not even apologize but was rude and said I had 20 voicemails to listen because of this Red rock will loose customers!!. Red rock have to improve the way they deal with their customers.
