This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a healthcare provider. I was referred to this office by my PCP for my knee mobility issues. I ended up waiting almost an hour and a half to be called in. From what it looked like, they were pretty short staffed, which is understandable, but they had no way of trying to mitigate the chaos in the waiting room which set of quite a bit of anxiety sitting in there. When I finally got called back in, it was almost another hour before anyone saw me. It was super loud and chit-chatty outside, and at one point, one of the assistance barged into my room, to grab supplies, not even acknowledging that I was there. I got a physician's assistant to finally see me, she informed me of her recommendations and said she would let me know about my status as soon as she can. It's been over two weeks since that appointment, and I am struggling to get a human on the phone to give me an update. I leave messages just to not get anything back, and it's absolutely disheartening. All I need is a status update, and it's like pulling teeth with there phone system. The new system will give you line position updates, so you can wait forever, and even if you get to the front of the line, you end up having to leave a message. I can't speak for any other locations, but save yourself the trouble and don't go to the office specifically at 7195 Advanced Way.

Megan is awesome! My go to PA, she's personable, professional, knowledgeable, and very informant. She breaks it down so that a lay person that has no medical knowledge can understand! She's helped me out and treated my family and I many times over the years!
