It is not often that I will go to a doctor I know nothing about. I was in so much pain that I didn't feel like taking the time to check Dr. Silverberg out. Boy, oh boy, Dr. Silverberg met all my expectations and more. Prior to going to Dr. Silverberg, I was unable to lift my left arm past my shoulder. After my last appointment with Dr. Silverberg, I am now able to lift my left arm well past my shoulder!! Needless to say, I am beyond thrilled with the work Dr. Silverberg did on my left upper arm and shoulder. Dr. Silverberg, you have restored my faith in doctors.

Dr Nathan Richards seemed like a good Dr, although I never got past the initial office visit. I was seen for a severely fractured ankle. The dr told me I would be in surgery within a week, but that his Surgery Scheduler was not in the office and would call me the next day. that call never came. in fact it took my wife to reach out only to be told by the scheduler that and I quote " He is not my only patient! I will let you know when I have some information." Sadly that call never came either. In fact as of the time that I am writing this review - I have still I never gotten that elusive call. Instead I went to Desert Orthopedics - who saw me right away - they proceeded to schedule my surgery the following day due to the severity of the fracture. Yet this Dr's office/staff would have me wait a full 4 weeks after the initial break to schedule surgery. With ZERO communication during the process. I am happy to report that the surgery was a success and I am on the road to recovery through no help form SILVER STATE ORTHOPEDICS My suspicion is that the Dr's have no clue how poorly and unprofessionally his staff treats their clients. When I asked to speak to a manager I was stonewalled and told that the person on the phone had been there the longest and therefore I could just tell her what the problem was. When I tried to tell her my issue, my frustration, and my disappointment in the way my wife was treated, she proceeded to talk over me, she was condescending towards me, and all but told me there wasn't anything that they could do. That all my angst were a result of the Dr dictating the flow. That they were helpless to his whims/schedule and could only go on what he would tell them. Which as of today was NOTHING She justified her rude attitude/treatment at every turn - rather than take any responsibility, accountability. This all but ensured that I left this encounter with my feelings firmly negated by this horrendous staff. Stay clear. Who knows he might be a great Dr, but with this staff it would would make any procedure a nightmare regardless of his talents.

The surgeon is a good surgeon. My issues are not with the doctor but the staff is a nightmare. Unprofessional to say the least. Scheduling, forget it, half the time you are the go between for the referral and wherever you go for scans. There is zero effective communication as they will not listen but talk over you. Incredibly difficult to work with. Though I like the doctor, my experience with the staff left me feeling uncomfortable receiving care from them going forward.
