They do not have a training program for their new employees for the dining section and servers which is there biggest down fall. You should not have servers who are none managers training new employees as they do not get paid for that and it is not in the job description. They throw their employees into it and assume people are supposed to know what's what. The girl Dallana who trained me, was stuck up and rude who was NOT a manager. Very unorganized in an environment where communication with their servers should be a must. They don't take their workers seriously at all. very stuck up environment, residents are unappreciative. I Do not recommend. If you want your work to be valued I do NOT recommend. So the next time Dallana wants to call out my hardwork she should think twice about it.

Relocating to The Woodlands was undoubtedly one of the most rewarding decisions I've made over many years. My family is delighted to see me so happy. I love my apartment and the residents are amazing, warm, interesting and fun. The entire staff is polite, and generous with their help. The food from both the Bistro and Dining room are delicious and offer a wide variety of choices. In addition, there's an outdoor patio available for noon meals, activities and visiting with family, friends or other residents. The well chosen staff are here to please and address you by your name. Nice touch. The community offers a plethora of activities including Bible Study which clearly is my favorite. The TNTC activities are informative, challenging and appropriate for residents who wish to attend and/or just enjoy as special time with others. A pool, gym, beauty salon, computer room, large living room, theater, library and game room (with pool table, ping pong table and shuffle board) are among amenities available. The Woodlands also offer transportation to medical appointments, shopping to different areas and weekly dinners out to choice restaurants which are much enjoyed. If you are looking for a beautiful, warm community environment that you call retirement; this is definitely the blessing you are looking for.

I was a previous employee and their company never sent me my W2 form. I called and asked for a copy their worker Henny in accounts payable department, she has an awful attitude and an even worse tone because she assumed I was a nurse. Her tone changed when I told her I worked in the office. Henny was bare helpful and laughed when I said I didn’t know who Kevin was. This company and their people have always been below average and disappointing. I'm so happy I changed companies to Almost Senior Care, literally a mile down the street and I'm treated like a human.

My parents moved into the Woodlands during the Pandemic and have been living there since late October. We have been very pleased with how well cared for my parents have been since then. From making sure their every need is met to the delicious cuisine and for protecting and ensuring their residents safety, The Woodlands gets a "5 Star" rating all the way. Highly recommend!
