Took an appointment here for blood donation at 11am. Took an hour off my job to drive and do the donation, but when I arrived (on time) they asked me to wait for 90 minutes for the next available slot. Please respect people’s time, especially when it comes to someone going outside their way and taking time off their job to donate blood. If there is a wait, send an email notifying us that there will be wait. Bad experience and not coming back here again!

Cancelled my appointment for the SECOND time in less than a year despite me responding to THREE emails AND a text message saying I would be there. I missed two back-to-back phone calls while I was at work because I am not allowed to have my phone on me so you cancel my appointment? I guess the blood shortage isn't that bad.

Had an appointment and came early, but was told the waiting time is 1 hour, AND MUST WAIT INSIDE even though already signed in on the computer. Can't even go to the parking lot. What asinine way is this?? You have people checked in, so you can let them go and come back in 45 minutes, keeping them in the check-in queue. What's the point of checking-in if you stil process people by the order of their seats????
