If I'm not mistaken, we arrived late around 9 or 10 p.m. However, the station was open, but no service of any type. No customer services, no open dining( everything had to be purchased through vending machines)

Most of the time, they don't answer the phone at any number. However, if you want, you can go to https://gethuman.com , answer a few of their questions, give them your phone number, and when a live customer service person is on the line, your phone will ring. The only good thing about it is that you don't have to wait on hold and listen to that stupid announcement and music forever.
