There is a travelers assistance office in the greyhound station in pittsburgh pa not one in springfield would be worth a phone call to greyhound ticket desk n pittsburgh pa to get number to travelers assistance office other than that contact local churches in office good luck

I doubt they do have discount for military. Ask a church for help
