If I purchase a ticket is it refundable if I didn't need it

I recently used Greyhound for a round trip. My ticket was non-refundable. You can gets transfer however.

I dont think so u can transfer it to another date for $20 but i dont think theyre refundable im so sorry change the dates take a vacation later n year try to recovery money spent in some form again im sorry have a better day god bless u
