Yes they do; however I've only seen them get on in cities near the North & South Border. They have dogs, check for I.D. & or Visas and if your not legal they will pull you.

When I get to Springfield tomorrow let's hope we have a driver that didn't exceed his driving time, I was there at the Springfield station 8 months ago and we had to wait from 730a to almost 3p to get another driver....
