Stayed here for a couple of nights while in the Pensacola area. Hotel is dated but very clean, beds are super comfortable, rooms are a little tight with 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast was good and the location was easy to access. Only complaint, our room never really cooled off even after putting the thermostat down to 66. I told the lady at the front desk when we checked out and she wrote it down so hopefully room 402 will be better for the next family!

Positive: They are always friendly when I stay here, and I like the complementary breakfast. Negative: Overall its nice. I do think that the room (bathroom in particular) could be cleaner. I also would like to see cleaner towels. I had a few that were clean, but clearly stained.

April 18th 2022- Stayed here for the second time. Water pressure is much better than the last time I was here. The shower head work perfectly. I've had a problem in the past with choice hotels app changing my dates when I book a room for a certain time frame. This time was no different however when I called the front desk at midnight the gentleman there was very friendly he was able to change my reservations to my correct date that I would be staying and gave me a free upgrade. (I would mention his name but unfortunately I do not remember it). However Whitney at the front desk when I checked out was very nice helpful and polite. I will be staying at this hotel again when I'm back in the area for work or even pleasure. Feb 2022- Let me start by stating this hotel was convenient where I was traveling the price was good, the bedding and furniture was comfortable and the hotel staff was very friendly. I don't give five star ratings to hotels because there's always something wrong. That being said, the shower head did not really work it had an adjustable head to allow for full, massage and other options, but it would not work properly it leaks and I had very low water pressure. However, I would recommend this hotel to anybody that's staying in the area.

The Comfort Inn in Pensacola gave me 2 wonderful experiences this year. I stayed in February and March for a work conference and chose this hotel each time. The beds are amazing!! Every single staff person I met was friendly and genuine and made me feel at home. I wish I had gotten everyone's names but the only name I did get was Whitney at the front desk. She was fabulous!! They all were!! Highly recommend this hotel!!
